Michelle comes to SpinePlus in 2011 with extensive experience in customer service. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Office Management and held various management and customer service positions in large organisations during her career.
Michelle worked for Boral Building and Construction in their National Training and Development Department where she organised national training programs for 22,500 staff in the company. She also worked for the Australian Institute of Management as Executive Assistant to the CEO, sponsorship coordinator, events coordinator, and membership coordinator.
Raising a family has taken Michelle out of the workforce for a while but she is delighted to return to work in the healthcare industry where she can use her compassionate nature and customer service skills.
Michelle’s role of Communications Coordinator involves the management of all of the electronic correspondence at SpinePlus; a role that requires proficiency in spelling, grammar, knowledge of medical terminology, and technological aptitude. Michelle’s role also extends to appointment bookings for all clinics and assistance to all administrative staff.
Michelle’s knowledge of most administrative processes at SpinePlus makes her a valuable asset to our administration team.
